When will my order arrive?
Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to process it within 1–2 business days
(Monday to Friday). After dispatch, standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5
business days. If it’s taking longer than expected, just get in touch and we’ll
look into it for you.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation
email with your tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your
spam or promotions folder sometimes it hides there.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days
of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Just drop us an
email at info@vertisana.com, and we’ll walk you through the
next steps.
Can I cancel or update my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or make changes.
